Who is a Personal Trainer and why do I need one?
If you're looking for a unique Personal Trainer approach then you have found one. My role doesn't stop with conducting training sessions for you. As your Personal Trainer I’ll create one-on-one unique fitness programme as well as Personalised Movement Action Plan you can commit to; In addition I’ll equip you with Nutritional Tips. As long as you’re under my wings I’ll coach you and oversee your journey for best results. The decisions about the way you want to work and how much you commit is entirely up to you. You’ll have my full support, always! I’ll equip you with appropriate and bespoke to your needs tools which will help you achieve your goals.
As your PT I'll continually evaluate your needs and deliver individualised training. Your training plan will be designed to your specific requirements and tightly linked to your goals.
Alongside the personal training program I'll regularly assess your progress and amend program when needed. I'll teach you about safety when exercising and guide you through benefits of natural movement to give you long-standing skills, avoiding injury. I'll support you in your journey towards overall wellness.
Your training plan is just step one. In addition you’ll be also provided with your own Personalised Movement Action Plan and healthy nutrition advice which you’ll be able to take advantage of outside the training sessions for years to come.
What to expect when signing up for Personal Training;
Step by Step:

First I meet you in person or online for an Initial Consultation which will last an hour

I will take Your body measurements, weight, height, calculate BMI (the nature how we do it will depend if we meet online or in person)

I will discuss with you your likes and dislikes with regards to the exercise

I will cover your exercise history and your medical history

I will ask you to complete a questionnaire which will help me to get to know you better, based on which I will create your personalised exercise and movement plans

Together we will setup up to 3 short term and up to 3 long term goals to work towards to

Based on the Information gathered during our Initial Consultation I'll create an exercise routine which we will use during our first 1on1 training session.

We will discuss how many PT sessions you would like to commit to each week

Each week I will provide you with 5-10min catch up call to discuss your nutrition and lifestyle plan (we can use time after each training session if preferred)

Each week we will agree on a new Movement Action Step that you will take with you and put into practice. This part of Personal Training is crucial for you to adhere to in order to not only achieve your goals but also sustain them long-term. Your Movement Action Plan will eventually become a second nature to you and we’ll be able to build it into your own Personalised Movement Plan for the long-lived healthy future.
Who is Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach and what services do I offer?
Eating, movement, relaxation and laughter is something we’ve been doing from the beginning of time. And yet when it comes to nutrition and how we live we’re somewhat in the new to us area. We’re so engrossed in conventional medicine which, let's be honest, is not only failing to fix our ever rising chronic illnesses, it’s also failing to support our lives and lifestyles.
So what can we do to help ourselves in this disease ridden world? How can we fill the gap between conventional medicine and natural way of living? Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching (NLC) is a path which connects diet and nutritional therapy. NLC not only uses best known theories and research in several nutritional fields but also teaches us how to manage our health with main focus on preventative work.
Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach is an expert, educator and an ally. As a NLC I analyse client's Nutrition and Lifestyle. Subsequently together we’ll co create an individualised action plan which may greatly lead to your success and facilitate reaching chosen goals.
As a Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach I give advice and guide you through the process. I provide you with an achievable and sustainable nutrition and lifestyle alternatives for optimal wellness and longevity.
My aim is to prevent and/ or reduce the negative health effects of our modern lifestyles. I’m here to increase wellness and longevity.
As a society we often struggle to understand nutrition, and there’s no wonder that many of us seek to self-educate on the subject, often encountering conflicting and confusing information or questionable quality, which is often unbalanced and sensationalised. Many influencers give the impression that they're qualified in the field, whereas in reality they state their own opinions only. This of course can be valuable but let's remember Donald Karshener’s words:
“One person’s medicine may be another person’s poison”

What to expect when signing up for Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching;
Step by Step:

Before you decide to sign up for NLC I offer FREE 15 min Pre Consultation call to establish if I’m a suitable coach for you -
Once you sign up I’ll send you a New Client Questionnaire to complete, together with 3 Day Food Diary to be completed and returned to me at least 3 days prior to our first 1h Initial Consultation

During our first 1h Initial Consultation I will go through your questionnaire and ask you follow up questions to gather more information about your nutrition and lifestyle. This step is crucial in order for me to develop appropriate Action Plan for you and determine the best area we should first focus on

I will discuss your 3 day food dairy; Highlight potential nutrients deficiencies and nutrients adequacy

We then discuss and agree on a First Follow Up Consultation.

Before First Follow Up Consultation, I’ll work on your food dairy analysis, to provide you with comprehensive but easy to understand analysis (food groups, phytonutrients bioavailability, lifestyle) and some meal samples. I’ll assess your questionnaire and rationale for your new Action Plan

During First Follow Up Consultation I’ll provide you with Nutrition Report based on your 3 day food diary. Those analysis will include full breakdown of all mineral, vitamin and food groups (macronutrients) that you consumed as part of your current diet. If your current diet presents any nutrients imbalances, which might be connected to your health, wellness and lifestyle, I’ll discuss it with you in a great detail and provide you with simple tips on how to fix it. We’ll discuss food groups, phytonutrients, bioavailability and lifestyle choices and their connection to a healthy lifestyle and how it can affect one's wellness and disease risk or its prevention

We’ll discuss your Action Plan. Together we’ll decide on the first 3 Dietary Action Steps and 3 Lifestyle Action Steps which you’ll put into practice for next few weeks. I’ll go through your readiness and potential barriers you might face. Together we’ll find solutions and adapt so that you can follow your Action Steps in full for best results

We’ll arrange the Second Follow Up Consultation. You will apply agreed action steps for the next two to three weeks after which we’ll meet again. I’ll ask you to complete new 3 Day Food Diary for further analysis

During the Second Follow Up Consultation I’ll go through your Action Steps, where we’ll be able to discuss how it went, any success stories or barriers you’ve faced. We’ll discuss potential amendments to existing Action Steps before adding new ones. I’ll discuss with you your second Nutrition Report, adapting your eating habits further. We’ll discuss any changes you’ve experienced since application of the Action Plan
