A Yumminess for All

This delicious bowl of heaven is my favourite afternoon treat or a great refuel snack after a workout. It is packed with calcium, potassium, and fibre.


Today my yoghurt bowl is made of:

  • Two tablespoons of soya yoghurt

  • Half a banana

  • Handful of almonds

  • One teaspoon of flax seeds
