These carrot chocolates are a must in every home. Whether for children's birthday, family treat or a energy booster , you can't resist them. This is another recipe of how to save carrot juice leftover pulp. With a little experimenting and having the best three year old judge, I've created this chocolates! There is no healthier treat you can give to your little one. So pull up your sleeves, spare 30 min of your precious time and make those delights, everyone will love them.

For ca thirty chocolates you will need:

  • 150g carrot pulp; optionally grate your carrots on a box grater and put into muslim cloth. Squeeze out all carrot juice and use pulp for chocolates

  • 100g green raisins

  • 3x tablespoons sesame seeds

  • 2x full tablespoons raw cacao powder

  • 6x large, pitted dates; or more if you like it really sweet

What to do:

  1. Mix all ingredients in the food processor, or blender until well combined

  2. Form little squares or balls and warp in colorful chocolate foils

  3. Keep refrigerated. Chocolate stay fresh upto 5 days, (if you can resist them). They get even tastier after couple of days.
