Chocolate bliss smoothie






For two servings you will need:

  • 7.5g Organic cacao powder

  • 4x Dates

  • 1/2 tsp Peanut butter smooth

  • 200g Plant based milk

  • 3 tbs Frozen mixed berries


Here is what to do:

  • Measure tofu on scale, dates, cacao powder, and frozen berries

  • Put all ingredients in the blender together with milk, peanut butter and blend until smooth and well combined

  • Serve in Your favourite bowl, or pour it into take away container/bottle :)

Toppings:

  • Raspberries and blueberries

  • Fresh banana berries.

PS. There is no right or wrong topping choice, just use whatever you have in the cupboard or your favourite ;)
