Everyday Green Smoothie
I can't recommend enough this amazingly looking smoothie. Perfect for a delicious breakfast, as a lunch starter or an afternoon snack. I have it every day and I promise, you won't regret including it into your daily routine. It's easy to make whether you are smoothie beginner or a pro. This smoothie is quick to make, and it is naturally sweetened with fruit ( no added sugar!) and loaded with greens, antioxidant properties found in goji berries, raw cacao nibs, strawberries and blueberries. I call it my great fast food, which will keep anyone away from grabbing a junk food. What's most important though it will keep you satisfied, nourished and full of energy.

Handful of fresh parsley leaves
Three pitted dates for adding natural sweetness

green apple slices and kiwi slices; garnish
What to do?
Wash baby spinach and parsley
Peel bananas and cut into small pieces
Put all ingredients to your high speed blender and mix until smooth and creamy

Tips:
Spirulina powder is richest source of plant based protein, amino acids, antioxidants, and other essential nutrients that may benefit your body and brain. I love using it in my smoothies or vegetable juices.
