NUMBER ONE
Maintain your diet. With healthy eating habits your body will be able to cleanse itself quicker and help your immune system to stay strong!
Eat more vegetables and fruit and focus on seasonal eating too.
Eat lots of natural probiotic foods like sauerkraut, sour cucumber or beetroot.
Supplement your diet with Vit D, Vit C, Vit B12, Zinc, Magnesium, Omega 3, Fresh Garlic Cloves.
Introduce lots of herbs which will help your body cleansing it: Dandelion, Nettle, Linden Flower, Thyme, Camomile to name a few.
Avoid processed foods. Cook simple with few ingredients only, or try out mono diet, both are massive time saver!!

NUMBER TWO
Exercise regularly. Exercise helps digestion and through sweating you are helping your body all toxins and waste to escape through your skin. Remember to shower after sweaty training. Physical exercise, whichever you choose, lowers risk of some disease like diabetes type 2, obesity, or high blood pressure and helps to keep your immune system strong!
Train outdoors, or with an open window if indoors, at least three times a week.
Walk, hike, or run every day. Get off the tube one stop before yours and walk home to be outdoors, relax and rest after a busy day at work. This will do miracles to your body. Trust me!
Spend time gardening, if you have one, there is still some time until we close the gardening season this year.

NUMBER THREE
Get plenty of rest. Let your body reset. Sleep and rest helps to keep your immunity strong too. At work don't skip your lunch break, take this time to nourish your body, relax and regain energy for the other half of your busy day. Find a quiet place, close your eyes and breathe deeply a few times. You'll be surprised how much you will regenerate and find new energy to keep going!
Sleep 8h at night, every night. Try to get to bed before 11pm when the healthiest sleep is happening.
Eat your last meal no less than 3h before you go to bed. This way your body will be able to rest together with your body organs, instead of digesting food you ate minutes before you went to bed.
Take a quiet time on your lunch breaks. Close your eyes. Breathe. Reset. Be ready for your day again.

NUMBER FOUR
Drink plenty of water. I know sometimes in Autumn it is hard to feel thirsty. However your body needs water all year round. Remember your body is composed of about 60% of water. The functions of these bodily fluids include digestion, absorption, circulation, creation of saliva, transportation of nutrients and maintenance of body temperature. When your water intake does not equal your output, you can become dehydrated. So drink water for your body to function well. Think of water as a nutrient your body needs, that is present in liquids, plain water and foods. Water helps your body clean it and flush all waste your body may build up. As you can see, drinking water is very important for our body to function well and keep your immune system strong.
Flavour your water with berries, cucumber or mint, it'll be very tasty
On cold days why not try your water hot with the addition of lemon or coconut water(my favourite!). It tastes delicious!
Have your bottle always full and next to you, so that you'll remember to drink it ;)
Keep a reusable bottle with you, which you can use it in any setting, home, work, gym, work meetings
Get a water filter, it'll clean and upper quality of your water
Set a reminder to drink water. It can help you increase water intake. For instance every 30 min for a sip of water ;)
Eat more food high in water: lettuce, celery, aubergine, cabbage, watermelon, honeydew, cantaloupe
NUMBER FIVE
Detoxicate your body regularly. Help your body to clean itself. The less mucus, toxins and food waste you have accumulated in your body the healthier for you and your immune system. And believe me, that all of us have managed to collect kilograms of disease creating waste in our body. Therefore cleanse yourself regularly starting with one to seven straight days of eating and drinking clean. How deep you'll do it will depend how far or close you are to a clean eating today. Detoxification of your body will help your body strengthen your immune system, improve mental clarity, minimise aches, pains and even balance your hormones! Here is few tips for detox days:
Prepare lots of vegetable and fruit juices (made at home) and replace them your breakfast lunch, snacks, dinner
Drink quality H2O and drink much more of water.
Prepare delicious fruit smoothies packed with antioxidants.
Eat natural. Love your greens.
Eat only home made meals, consisting of fruit, vegetables and herbs in the healthiest method possible.
Drop consumption of chocolate bars, sweets, processed food, alcohol, and cigarettes, caffeine and oils.
Bathe internally. Never tried an enema? It's about a time ;) Oh yes, it's there for you. Cleaning your colon will instantly make you feel light like a feather and let your body regain the energy and most important make a room for toxins and mucus to exit your body. Or if you really are not ready for it, yet, eat plenty of bowel moving raw vegetables and fruits, like beetroots, carrots, pears, and grapes. One at a time!
Get some sleep, ooo wait, lots of sleep and rest !
Ensure you're have probiotics in your diet.
