Golden creamy smoothie

This is definitely an everyday smoothie. I love its creamy texture and taste! Plant milk makes it filling and provides additional protein nutrition, mango is loaded with vitamin C, and topping adds antioxidant properties. I just love this energy bomb. This is a full meal smoothie as it contains about 850 calories.



For 500ml of smoothie you will need:

  • One very ripe banana

  • One medium size very ripe mango

  • One medium apple of your choice

  • 150 ml coconut milk

  • Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries for garnish

  • Raw cacao nibs

  • Goji berries

  • Few mint leaves

What to do?

  1. Peel your mango and put the stone away

  2. Peel banana and cut into small pieces

  3. Cut apple into small squares, I leave the skin on as my blender cuts it into smooth

  4. In a high speed blender mix together mango, banana, apple and coconut milk until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute

  5. Pour your smoothie to your serving bowl or on the go bottle,

  6. Decorate it with superberries of your choice, goji, cacao nibs and fresh mint leaves

Tips:

  • I use fresh fruit for smoothies especially in winter as they're my main meals and I like eating them warm; you can always use frozen banana or mango for the cooling effect; yummy ;)
