Dandelion


Dandelion is being used for medical purposes since 10th century. It has amazing health benefits. If you haven't tried it yet here is why now, it's a good time to start.


*Dandelion is rich in vitamin A, C and K

*It also contains vitamin E, folate (vit B9) and small amounts of various other vitamins B

*It is rich in Iron, calcium, magnezium, and potassium

*Dandelion is full of antioxidants beta carotene and polyphenolic compounds, both responsible for prevention of certain diseases, infections and slowing down aging process. Its bioactive compounds may help with fighting inflammations.

*Dandelion can play a big part in detoxification, liver cleanse, balancing blood sugar, act as a natural diuretic, lower blood pressure, help in fighting anemia, eczema and can reduce cancer cells.

Leaves and roots of this wonderful herb can be prepared as a delicious infusion, or if fresh can be used in salads.
