Pumpkin Porridge



If you're looking to change your breakfast a little bit, why not try pumpkin porridge. Pumpkin is in full season now and there is no better time to explore and spice up your breakfast. I absolutely love this porridge. It is light to digest but filling and satisfying at the same time! What's better and more nutritious this autumn? It's a great Halloween breakfast too ;)


For two portions you will need:

200g pumpkin chunks

200g sweet potato chunks

2 tablespoon gluten free whole grain oats

1 teaspoon cinnamon

100ml water or plant based milk


Cut pumpkin and sweet potato into cubes. Cook for 20 min until soft. Drain the water and place it straight into the blender. Add the rest of ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Ready!
