"AT MY WORST I WEIGHED 89KG, I NOW WEIGH 77KG. FROM SIZE 16 I CAN FIT NOW INTO A SIZE 14"

When I first started training with Ania I was 46 and was feeling really middle aged, premenopausal, very unattractive and thought it was all downhill from here. 

 

I was invited by Ania to just turn up to a boot camp session and try. 

It was the day that turned everything around for me and opened up the idea that nothing was set in stone and I had the power to change myself.I could NOT do a side plank - AT ALL!No stamina - out of breath doing any activity.

 

I committed to working out with Ania which we did, once a week for just over a year, (then Ania took some time out to have her baby). One year was enough to input some really good discipline and healthy habits and most importantly - self belief!!

 

And now we back to working out together again.

 

We always meet in the open air and Ania is the queen of utilising the trees around us, that hill as a warm up and manipulating the weather so we are always lucky. She brings all the props, you just need to dress for the weather and turn up with your water bottle. 

 

I developed asthma later on in life, but since working out with Ania I rarely have to use my inhaler.

 

The change in my body strength is phenomenal. I can do planks for a minute and some. Side planks - all day long! The sets change every week, so you don’t get bored. You will be doing exercises that challenge you but they are only benefiting you at the end of the day. 

 

My body shape - Size 16, 5 11’ amazonian. I never wore sleeveless dresses as I was convinced my upper arms look like hams. I now have fantastic arm definition - no flabby under arms for me. 

Sleeveless dresses - couldn’t tell you how many I own now. 

I have long legs which have always been my best asset and she has just made them look even better.

At my worst I weighed 89 kilos, I now weigh 77 kilos. I would probably look like Elle McPherson if I reached 73 kilos, but I like to eat too much. I can fit into a size 14 now and that makes me so happy.

 

Training with Ania is so rewarding and fun. She makes me laugh every session. 

She doesn’t take any of my limiting belief nonsense - if I am in pain somewhere we adapt where we can, if not we stop and change the exercise. 

What is amazing is how much she cares about you and your time together. 

She will always look for ways to resolve an issue in order for me to work out safely. Her concern for your welfare is paramount.

AFTER ONLY 3 MONTHS, I FEEL FITTER AND HAVE GOT MORE ENERGY

I've been training with Ania since October 2021. And it has been the best few months when it comes to my fitness. 

Ania is a great trainer: she not only adapted the exercise plan to my abilities but also constantly modifies it, depending on my current needs and sometimes unexpected situations, like my problem with the arm. 

I can't fault Ania, she always controls my technique while exercising and keeps me focused on breathing so that I make the most of the session. This was always very important to me when looking for personal trainer.

Ania also has a great knowledge of nutrition. And now she is studying to become nutritionist I am ever so glad she is sharing her findings with me.

I must confess, I am a poor student and don't follow all her golden advice, but I managed to introduce plenty small tricks and steps in my daily diet and I feel that it already improved my wellbeing.

After only 3 months, I feel fitter and have more energy. And what's most important, my blood test results have improved!!!

I am sure that with time and my newly found motivation Ania will help me in achieving all my health goals.

Working with Ania is the best decision I've made for myself. She is fantastic motivator and very knowledgeable about exercise and fitness. Ania you opened  my eyes to the simple adjustments I needed to broaden the colour of my diet, the routine of my diet, reducing sugars and the knock on effect that all of this has on my energy and enthusiasm! 

I am no longer hungry or over full, I sleep better and feel better.
